At Carner Barcelona, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for all unopened and unused luxury fragrances and body care products. Please ensure the original protective seal remains intact to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the cellophane seal is unbroken and the product is protected from transit damage.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at your nearest authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
